A difficult one - how does one tell a story in under 10 seconds? That was the most retrictive characteristc of this project brief. In line with my previous projects dealing with spirits, I sought to infuse a lot of dynamic into its visual appeal.
The story we're telling is one of appreciaton, of both the drink, its origins and its respective underlying cultural motifs. The steadfast initial shot with a zoom, the accompanying beating of the drums, the journey from a bottle to an icon, all point to a product rich in value, that goes way and beyond its meaning as a product and trancends its physicalities, appealing to a deeper appreciation in all of us who enjoy the finer things in life.
